The Morning Walk

A dog sets off on his morning walk
To experience what the world has to offer him
His owner unties his little lock
So he can walk freely into the morning, it is dim
On his way he passes some of his friends
An elegant golden retriever and a funny bulldog named Ben
Off to his classes he goes where it's no different from before

The day is over and he is free yet again
He walks back to his home
Through the path he just came from
Although this time he doesn't see Ben
He reaches where he started and his owner ties back his lock
Now he must wait until the next morning walk
