Time Changed

On the wall a clock
locked behind a lock
In a dusty old room
filled with old clothes and a broom
Above a ruined toy
left behind by a boy
Once a proud castle
that used to startle
And awaken imagination,
has reached its destination
Walls moldy and rotten
long since quickly forgotten
Dark time flies by
in the room away from the sky

All the clock can do
Is but tick and tock
Counting the time changed
