The Ride

The hearts were pounding in darkness
The bodies moved in different ways
At the end of the tunnel is a light.
You are forced towards the light
The light is getting bigger and bigger

You leave the tunnel, you notice the clouds
Then you are upside down, looking at the people on the bridge
All that separates you is a belt and a harness
You flip back and race towards your next obstacle
You miss the water and race up 30 foot challenges

You are under the bridge that connects the sides
Wrapped around the tunnel you are force out.
You are forced in the back, where nobody can see you.

Then you are obligated to easier obstacles
You know you are getting to the end.
You enter the station and leave
Feeling a sense of confidence before you took the journey.
