Rising up from last night’s sleep
Hoping, Praying, Looking…
Yes, there it is!
The Light,
Fluffy,
School-Day-Destroying,
Awesome thing is here,
It’s Snow!
Quick Go, Go, Go.
I bolt downstairs and turn on the TV
Turn on channel 5, no 7, no 25.
Now it’s just
a
few
more
seconds
And then I’ll see
If there’s a snow day for me.
Yes! There it is, thank God it’s there.
Finally a day all to me!
