Joshua Carruthers An Unexpected PeaceEvery four years a special event takes place.
A cease fire, a worldwide alliance.
Here the Gods compete in the tournament of all tournaments as
people from earth gather to watch.
They assemble as acquaintances, friends, even brothers.
No one team, player, or fan is better then the other, and
although only one country will win the cup, all will win the right to peace.
It matters not the color of your skin or
the religion you choose to follow,
the World Cup is the unity needed
for people,
nations,
even the world,
to succeed.
