Childhood

Cute chubby penguin

Wobbling past paper-white hills

Oh wait, he just fell

Furry panda bear

Crunching on bamboo, om nom

Ow, He just bit his tongue

Nimble koala

Clinging, snoozing on a tree

Wow, the tree branch broke

Baby kangaroo

Fooling with desert flowers

Ouch, that’s a cactus

Brave, bothersome bee

Buzzing around somebody

It stung a scarecrow

Newly born turtle

Climbing onto red hot sand

He’s stuck in his egg

Fierce, jumpy monkey

Eating a ripe banana

He slipped on the peel

Crawling, young baby

Eating curry with a spoon

The spoon missed his mouth

It’s a stage of life

Especially when we’re young

We all make mistakes
